# Reactive Network

> We hosted and managed Reactive Network's complete global hackathon for multi-chain dApps. Beyond running the event, we onboarded developer communities and scheduled meetings with dApps exploring the multi-chain ecosystem, so the hackathon led to real conversations and not just submissions.

## The challenge

A multi-chain ecosystem doesn't grow on announcements. It grows when developers build on it, and the hard part is getting dApp teams to explore a new ecosystem and take it seriously. Reactive Network needed builders, and a way to turn their interest into real conversations.

## What we did

We took the whole hackathon off Reactive's plate and ran it end to end:

- **Full hackathon management:** we hosted and managed the complete global hackathon for multi-chain dApps, so the team could focus on the product while we handled the event.
- **Developer onboarding:** we onboarded developer communities by going to the places where builders already gather, not waiting for them to find the hackathon.
- **Follow-up meetings:** we scheduled meetings with dApps exploring the multi-chain ecosystem, so strong teams moved on from the event to a direct conversation with Reactive.

A hackathon only matters if it leads somewhere. We designed this one to end in relationships, not just submissions.
