# Hive

> Launching a blockchain in a new market takes more than announcements. To establish Hive in India, we built a growth setup where every channel fed the next: hackathons, dApp onboarding, VC partnerships, meetups, PR positioning and influencer partnerships. One team, one strategy, from the first developer to the first headline.

## The challenge

Onboarding high-quality dApps and establishing yourself in a new market is always a challenge. India has a huge pool of builders, but they have many blockchains competing for their time. Hive needed more than visibility. It needed developers who would build, users who would care, and a community that believed it was there to stay.

## What we did

One campaign wouldn't have been enough, so we built a multi-funnel growth setup, where each channel brought people in and passed them on to the next:

- **Hackathons:** we hosted hackathons to get Hive in front of developers and give them a reason to build on it.
- **dApp onboarding:** we brought in high-quality dApps and supported them, so the ecosystem had real products and not just promises.
- **VC partnerships:** we partnered with venture capital firms to add funding and credibility.
- **Meetups:** we held meetups to turn online interest into a real, in-person community.
- **PR positioning:** we shaped how Hive was described in the Indian market and earned coverage that made the story credible.
- **Influencer partnerships:** we worked with influencers to take Hive beyond the developer crowd and reach new audiences.

We handled all of it, so Hive had one team and one plan, not six separate vendors.
